Pros
- If you are willing to to put in the time and effort, everyone on the team is willing to help you be successful and provide guidance. There seems to be a good balance of competition and comradery - Solid base pay, uncapped commission, and awesome benefits. - A lot of company sponsored team activities. Including music festivals, scavenger hunts, happy hours, and barbecues.
Cons
If you are not willing to put in the ground work for you first few months, it will be a struggle. It is key to utilize you resources and put in the hard work on the front end in order to set yourself up for success down the line. As much help as there is, its still a sink or swim industry. Consistent travel required too, so you must be willing to fly out every couple of weeks.
