Pros

I am an experienced hire and NextGen worked with me to find the right fit. Dan Dronzek was supportive and worked around my schedule to not conflict with my work and personal life The main office is in downtown Chicago and is easy to get to via auto or public transportation. Most importantly, NextGen has a strong network of clients for future opportunities.

Cons

None to date as I have been there less than a month. I have had bad experiences with recruiters and placement firms in the past and NextGen is not one of those hack firms. They are a professional firm that will not waste your time.

very disorganized, chaotic and managers gives preferential treatment to their favorites
