      Great pay, decent benefits, no PTO!?

      Pros

      Pay is great for my job. Working from home makes things so much better. Part of a great team (I work on a contract) and really enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      No PTO or paid holidays. If you do work a holiday, and it puts you over 40 hours, you'll get overtime pay, but not 'holiday' pay. If you need a day off, it's usually not an issue, you just don't get any PTO, so you're losing money.

      Pros

      Overall, good place to work. There is a lot to learn in the recruitment industry, specifically telecom, and there is no shortage of knowledge at NextGen. Fast paced with the ability to make a lot of money. Work hard and be a team player, you'll go pretty far.

      Cons

      Sort of have to be on-call all the time, but worth it when you close deals.

      GTA is a great company to work

      Pros

      HR and staff are very friendly and providing support for all we need.

      Cons

      As we know, we are consulting and the job depends of projects, usually GTA have many clients in their portfolio however always can exist the risk for few projects and of course difficult to get work or project.
