      Pros

      Competitive base salaries and uncapped commissions are great, but not everything. Sometimes the little things can make a company stand out, and NextGen not only pays well, but also takes care of it's employees. Upper management makes sure to reward and highlight our wins and calls us out for our hard work. Some of the perks include yearly anniversary gifts, a great benefits package, 4 weeks PTO, office snacks, monthly company gatherings, happy hours, festival tickets, to name just a few. Most importantly for me, the feeling that I am appreciated, taken care of, and always feel like I'm needed goes a long way.

      They send you a goodie bag when you start

      Cons

      You can work for months without ever meeting someone from this company in person. Even if your workload doubles while under them, raises are impossible to negotiate. They take complaints from the client extremely one sided. There's no point in explaining why something happened to them. I have seen several people whose contracts were terminated. The supervisor made the decision a week in advance and informed NextGen. The workers were only informed that their contract was over by NextGen on their last days.
