Pros

They can get you a job fast if you have the proper skills. Their staff are really polite and helpful during the whole hiring process.

Cons

If the job offer is outside your current residency They won't offer any help with re-location except for your plane ticket.

Pros

* Amazing coworkers! They take the time to help whenever needed * Great culture! They are very transparent and encourage feedback. * 100% of insurance premium is paid by company * The president of the company is very accessible and friendly. He wants the best for everyone * The work environment is one of the best work spaces I've ever seen!

Cons

I have yet to find a con working here at NextGen Global. Although you may put in long hours initially, the pay off is well worth it.

A respectful, professional contracting firm

Pros

The pay was decent and upper management were personable. There isn't much that stands out, but I rarely felt like I was being treated poorly or condescended to.

Cons

It is a contracting company, and as a result they aren't always totally informed about the projects they provide employees for. My direct supervisor would try to give guidance, but because he was in the dark about the actual work being done, it wasn't any use. The criteria by which we were judged seemed poor. A few weeks into the assignment, our supervisor from GTA told us he was pleased that we were "asking fewer questions." We were still learning the job, and he incentivized us to wing it when we had a problem instead of asking for guidance.
