Contractor to General Dynamics through NextGen on the AT&T Turf program.

Pros

I learned about the AT&T Turf cell site upgrade process, management of tower/cell site modifications and effective ways to respond to the AT&T NICAT audit challenges which save GD tens of thousands of dollars.

Cons

General Dynamics did not honor their promise to convert me to a full time General Dynamics employee even though I worked as a contractor there for 2 years and saved them tens of thousands of dollars from refuting AT&T NICAT billing challenges. Working as a contractor provided me with no PTO (sick, vacation, holiday, etc. paid time off) and no raises or bonuses.

Pros

NextGen takes care of its employee well. NextGen found us challenging projects and provided good benefits. We received timely communications/support from our company's director of recruiting, regional director, account manager, account specialist.

Cons

It will be great to work for NextGen forever!
