      - Pay is competitive - Team is very kind and polite

      Cons

      - PTO is required to be used on mandatory furlough days, and there are more furlough days than PTO days (I accrue -4 days total in a year :D ) - Insurance is very expensive - No 401k match at all - Team seems largely disorganized
