Remote work, onboarding process was easy, coworkers were very nice and easy to talk to

Many people that I worked with will pass on the blame to each other, no one is ever taking responsibility.

This company really cares about their employees and has an excellent company culture! The company invests in their people and are always coming up with different ways to make this a positive and fun (one of their core values) place to work. Management is very approachable and supportive in helping employees grow and prosper. They embrace technology and give employees lots of tools to help you do your job.

I've had nothing but positive experiences here, so I don't have any cons to share.
