They send you a goodie bag when you start

Cons

You can work for months without ever meeting someone from this company in person. Even if your workload doubles while under them, raises are impossible to negotiate. They take complaints from the client extremely one sided. There's no point in explaining why something happened to them. I have seen several people whose contracts were terminated. The supervisor made the decision a week in advance and informed NextGen. The workers were only informed that their contract was over by NextGen on their last days.

Decent base salary, great benefits, some nice office perks

Cons

Not much direction. Career path seems very limited. The sales team is viewed more highly than the recruiting team - you don't have any say in anything if you're a recruiter. Seems like people that have been there a while aren't held to any standards that new people are. Lots of favoritism.

All the Team work are amazing, They are very organized, highly motivated, I always have the feeling that I'm dealing with professional people.Specially Alexis, Nicole and Valeri they always being enthusiastic to approach their goal. They helped and supported me during the period before and till I got hired. they are capable of work under pressure, Everybody may call them The Pioneers in their field

I didn't feel ever they had anything negative.
