We have been recognized several years in a row with awards given by reputable employee centric companies who conduct anonymous surveys to all employees company-wide – ensuring the feedback about a company’s culture and work-environment is genuine, consistent and noteworthy. Our Corporate turnover rate is well below industry averages of and we are very proud of our retention. In response to HR having a policy about requiring employees to leave high reviews, that is not accurate; however, we do encourage all employees to post their experience on Glassdoor.com and to be transparent to help provide an authentic preview of working here at NFM Lending.
