Pros

Absolutely none. They are a greedy company.

Cons

NFP just had an all staff meeting where they congratulated everyone fr their hard work. They celebrated $2 billion in profits for the year. THEN proceeded to tell the $16an hour processors there would be no raises at all this year. WHAT!?

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it appears there has been a miscommunication regarding 2022 salary increases. Currently, salary increases are still under review with our Management team. I would welcome a direct conversation if there are questions or concerns. Please reach out to Anna Firliet at humanresources@nfp.com.

What a letdown

Pros

Corporate seemed to care about employees and would do nice things.

Cons

Terrible training and communication. A lot of micromanagement and also not open to new ideas. This is not a welcoming environment. My manager was the opposite of a leader and was very toxic person. Huge let down.

Disconnect with acquired offices

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits, larger corporation resources, good communication to employees (especially during COVID times)

Cons

Acquired offices seem disconnected to the NFP core (not fully taking on NFP values and NFP way), titles and dynamic of work office was confusing (didn’t know who my manager was for several weeks), poor management within my own office, poor new hire experience, poor leaving experience
