Pros

Very flexible hours. They pay good and the turnover is high so it's easy to move up if you can stand it. It's easy to shine if you are halfway decent at your job. They use the most recent technologies.

Cons

There is no training and not many experts to learn from so you are on your own as far as learning new stuff. Lots of dead weight in the staff so most of your coworkers are vampires. Management really doesn't care that everyone is unhappy. A lot of jobs have been moved offshore.

Pros

The people work tireless to provide exceptional customer support and service Good benefits The firm is growing in the right direction

Cons

The firm is still fairly small when compared to larger companies, but management has taken on this mentality; as a result many layers of reporting take place, too many meetings

Pros

Being able to tell the NFP story. Very powerful selling tool.

Cons

The individual firm structure is their biggest drawback. Many of the firm principals are complete hacks who only care where the next buck comes from. No promotions from a firm to Austin.
