      My coworkers were amazing and the weekly informative/educational webinars provided by corporate are an excellent resource.

      Cons

      -There is no such thing as a manager with leadership skills at my office -Severely underpaid employees compared to the market

      Pros

      Okay benefits. Management is good depending on what department you work in. Co-workers are great from my experience

      Cons

      Pay- they severely under pay you! I mean - 15/20K less than national average for the amount of work. Work load in way to high. Not able to work overtime to meet the unrealistic expectations. Don't want to invest in their employees growth and development. Cover your back - while everyone is nice, they will throw you under the bus in a heart beat!!!

      Growing brokerage with much opportunity, but also many demands

      Pros

      There is a good opportunity for growth here. Additional perks include stocked kitchen, casual Fridays, company sponsored happy hours and events. Ability to work from home as almost everything can be done online is a huge plus. Fair bonus strategy is being put in place to motivate staff and generate revenue for the company.

      Cons

      While the term work/life balance is thrown around, I don't feel that it is truly valued here. Employees often express being burnt out from work load. The current management has only been together a year under NFPCS NY and I don't feel that they communicate well to the employees.
