Pros

Growth! Robust business model (acquisition + organic). Collaborative culture and an especially a great place for women to grow their careers. Passionate and energetic leadership. Plus leaders keep it real and communicate well.

Cons

Pace of acquisitions can make things challenging (but exciting) at times.

Pros

- depth of knowledge among lines and across groups - obvious effort to integrate, share, and create a culture of open and honest trust - openly-aired issues seem to get it all out (sometimes) and grudges go "POOF"

Cons

A great deal of knowledge in heads, not a good system for sharing it. Too much time is spent trying to connect people and find items instead of using available technology to get the knowledge housed properly so that minds can create and develop instead of search/rehash/cut/paste.

Pros

The corporation is going through a steps of standardization and integrating processes and procedures. The firm as a whole is profitable.

Cons

The firm does not value employees as a whole. The executives in the regional office, specifically the southeast treat employees poorly. In addition, the executive team in the southeast do not value customers, they are quick to charge additional fees while putting on a show for the customers.

Sorry you didn’t feel valued. That’s the opposite of our intention for our NFP employees! In fact, we work really hard to put our people first so they can put our clients first. I’m also concerned about what you say about the approach to customers. I have a lot of confidence in our regional leaders’ integrity and honesty. If you have specific examples, please email or call me personally anytime. I’m all ears when it comes to our customers and people. - Ed O'Malley
