The culture at NFP is a positive one. It's a great place to build a career and I always feel supported by my leaders and colleagues. It's not always easy being in a high growth and high acquisition environment, but NFP has learned a lot over the years and continues to put people first. The opportunities for career growth are strong. NFP offers great benefits. It's so nice to be a part of an organization with so many wellness offerings. Most of all, I feel like my leaders and colleagues care about me and I care about them.
