Co workers who do the grunt work we’re nice, but that is about it…lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Expect you to only take long weekends when convenient for them, which is almost never. Frown if you want to take more than that & get read the riot act for even asking. Immediate supervisor barely even said goodbye on my last day, much less anyone above him in our department. Every other place I worked took people out for lunch, dinner or even just a happy hour. With COVID, they could have at least brought something in…though I know that Covid isn’t an issue with them.

Only pro in here is that you get to work with some good people that get overworked just like you, that includes your coworkers and managers as well.

Cons

If you don't have white color skin and make a mistake you'll get fire instead of getting a slap on the wrist
