While EveryAction boasts progressive values, it fails to pay junior level employees a livable wage in an expensive city. Similarly, professional development is not taken seriously enough, and it is challenging to move up into other roles. The company will sometimes pay for professional development courses/opportunities, but under the condition that you stay a year or pay them back. Formal reviews and raises are only permitted at the end of the year, and there is no opportunity for advancement aside from this limited time period. While management has been receptive to hearing feedback, they have been slow to implement real changes.
