Company that owned the rights to the store could not manage it well. Staff and fan experience suffered due to this.

Small groups, mom and pop shop. Travel is great. Hockey fans will love the business if you like seeing all the season games.

Cons

It is hard to move up for people of color. No advancement and no training to further your skills. There are silos in every department.
