SUch a great positive atmosphere. Gary Bettman is really nice. Get to work for a hockey thing which is money.

Pros

You get to watch Hockey. It sounds exciting to others Access to tickets for events at Madison Square Garden and the Prudential Center. Access to hockey tickets in major markets.

Cons

People are used in the incorrect roles. Management is too concerned with keeping their own jobs instead of doing a good job. Absolutely no room to grow Nepotisim is rampant in the organization, friends are hired outside instead of promoting from within. Night staff is treated as a lower class of employee. Doing a good job isn't rewarded, however doing a poor job gets you better hours.. Upper management ignores low-level employees.
