Pros

Great company. Real family feel among employees. Management has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. Perks including tickets to events, discounts on merchandise and other events, flexible-ish schedules during off-seasons.

Cons

Pay is what it is. Unless you are high up, don't expect to make much. There is little room for growth. A bit of an old-boys club when you are trying to move up. The perks are nice but don't outweigh the fact you'll be underpaid. Very demanding on time during sports seasons but you should already expect that going in. Regardless of performance, minimal required raises are given each year to non-management staff.

Pros

Discount on purchases, mindless work

Cons

Management is never on the same page and there is an obvious favoritism issue. Store manager has an attitude problem and thinks he's better than everyone, the worst to work for.
