Pros

Great environment to learn the industry. As an intern, we had weekly meetings with HR where they brought in numerous employees from different departments to explain and share what they do on a daily basis

Cons

Wish I were still there

Pros

Great work and life balance. Reasonable benefits. Opportunity for travel. Pension for most senior roles offered. Casual work environment.

Cons

Unguided work process. No telecommuting for work purposes. Work space isn't very modern and can be prohibitive in doing collaborative work. In some departments, it's easy to plateau in a role.
