Pros

This place changed in 2025. not for the better. Its a rough place to work. Not a friendly happy environment. Its depressing and the leaders are ungrateful. Good for resume. Bad for actual career and making the most out of your time. Diversity and inclusion means something different to this place. They love diversity clearly but sadly not inclusion. 90% of company has he/his or she/her pronouns makes for an uncomfortable work environment.

Cons

Too many to write. Lots of lifers need to leave this place. Its basically the federal government with lots of wasteful spending and no cohesive plan together.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good (used to be better) and a lot of the people on the working level are really good people. The office is casual and depending on your supervisor, you can have some flexibility in your day-to-day. The employee resource groups are also really wonderful. Those people truly care about their fellow colleagues.

Cons

They just dialed back the insurance, so now our premiums cost more and we have to pay more out of pocket for things we never had to pay anything for in the past. They also recently mandated that we have to go back to the office 4 days a week beginning in September. We were previously in the office 3 days a week. Year over year salary increases have not tracked with inflation and now with the additional commuting costs and the additional insurance costs, all of our salaries have gone backwards. Everyone was already behind because of salary increases not tracking with inflation. The messaging regarding working from home was said in such a way where it was clear the company did not care at all about the employees, they just want us where they can see us. It feels very controlling. The company is also very top-heavy.
