Pros

The history of the company was great under previous generations of ownership, but has now lost all integrity. HR runs like the secret police, firings are random, promotions and bonuses are few and awarded to court jesters.

Cons

Senior management just tries to get by without getting fired, while grabbing their bonuses and stock and planning their escape. Negative and micromanagement is the normal, with HR maintaining fear and constantly revising policies to be more controlling and restrictive. The few glowing reviews on this website are fabrications by HR.

Pros

There are no pros. I know all of the Plant Managers and trust me when I say none would ever, in a million years, say anything kind about the "CPO"!

Cons

The company is run by one very arrogant and heartless woman. Bonus percentages are down greatly and I would imagine this is a direct reflection of her new castle in Hawaii. As a former employee in management, I would highly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. Her new found legal liability insurance has led her to believe that anything goes. Medical insurance use, provided you get it through the maze of paperwork and tight signup deadlines, will cost you your job.

Pros

Good coworkers and friends for life. Provided good work experience for the next job.

Cons

After 16 years of work was let go because coworker of a year was making a lot less and was a lot younger. Age discrimination but didn't pursue it. Also, was never offered a severance package. If I was a bad employee, I would have never lasted 16 years.
