Good co-workers who honestly are concerned with how you, as a person, are doing. On site gym. Opportunities to get involved.

Cons

Corporate not too concerned with hourly production associates. CPO tends to come across as condescending.

Pros

The only reason to work here is if you have no self respect. The history and market presence of the company used to mean something, but has been getting flushed down the toilet.

Cons

No sense of integrity. Firing people for no substantial reason. Falsifying reviews on this site (the previous two positive ones are fabrications - Nibco has no plant in Cleveland, OH and none of the current program managers in the corporate office have ever held another position at Nibco). Fear instead of leadership.
