Premier brand in the building specification market with good products and a very loyal customer base. Traditional products are well received but new products need stronger introductions.
Cons
These reviews are true and the lack of professionalism by human resource department is completely dysfunctional. Managers with 20 plus have no say in who they hire/fire or select to be on their team... The hiring decisions are made by HR and graduate degrees are preferred (versus actual industry experience). Anyone familiar with new product development best practices realizes their stage/ gate process is completely dysfunctional. Upper management's long-standing theory that 'great ideas are HQ driven" and that (VOC) voice of the customer / field suggestions aren't worth a dime shows their business stupdity.
