Pros

Under Lee and early Rex NIBCO was great! It was truly a family business and enjoyable to work there, you were looked at and considered a valuable asset to the company.

Cons

With A.A.M involved it has been spiraling down the drain! Only looking out for herself, not the best interests of the associates.

Pros

The older employees that have stayed more than 10 years are great. The new associates seem to lack luster. The remaining leadership lacks basic business ethics. When WHQ decided to clean house, they should have started with the GLT.

Cons

The GLT (Goshen Leadership Team) lack education, leadership, and any sense of morality. Anyone knows that if you want to be a great leader one must communicate, listen, and gain loyalty with followers by leading by example. Goshen's HR is a joke, it creates chaos and disruption wherever HR goes. Forgeting to send info to temp service agencies so associates can be paid. Agencies actually call associates to see if they still work at Nibco Goshen facility. Nibco Goshen cannot keep cell techs, maintenance or electricians because of this type of behavior, it makes associates feel like their jobs are in jeopardy, so, they go somewhere better. Goshen Nibco Associates do not feel valued or secure at Nibco. They should ask their past and present Skilled temps, why they left or if they plan on staying. Generally it will be because of leadership and HR incompetence as reasons.

Pros

The pay is not the worst. They do offer educational reimbursement opportunities. There is some opportunity for advancement at the moment.

Cons

Too many too list here. I don't wish to write a novel. But in short, the work place is a little toxic.
