The company puts their money first and their "associates" last. The people in charge of others are too afraid to loose their job and they don't stick out of their subordinates. always trying to "improve" with poorly developed ideas and try to make them work even if they suck. always playing the let's change the rules and screw everybody. The pay is okay but not anywhere near the national average. there is no cost of living wage increase anymore, instead it's called merit raise. that way they can pick whoever they think deserves a raise. if you are new, forget about having vacation, health insurance or a bonus. you have to be employed for set period of time before you qualify for nay of it. lastly, the turnover rate is ridiculous, they can't keep anyone because their work standards are unrealistic and not trained thoroughly. You are constantly being watched like a child. overall the morale is as low as it has ever been and it doesn't look like it's going to get any better.

Be aware of any review with a!!!! That smells like one person who loves to use them but have no real meaning behind them. It is a ploy to deceit. Any employee who stays 20-25-30-40-50 are usually at remote locations and those at corporate are just trying to remain below the radar.
