Solid technical expertise in design for manufacturability and cost. No tangents in this line, the product is a strong, quality contender, with excellent marketing and reliability. Company quickly recognizes trends in quality and engineering and reacts appropriately. People are sharp, smart and know what they're doing, and the company recruits the same. Many advanced degrees here and industry certifications, people at the top of their game. Company is interested in developing associates, with strong focus on integrity and team work. People are recognized for meeting goals, innovation and continuous improvement. The top management team routinely interacts with the plants and the associates.

Cons

This company has very high expectations, you need to know that before you sign up and you need to be ready to step up, otherwise you will truly be left behind.
