Free coffee. That's about it.

Cons

Everything. Upper management is thoughtless, inconsiderate, and out of touch. At least half of my team seems to lack complete understanding of what they are doing or how they are doing it. This company is hemmoraging money, and losing clients. It seems really precarious whether or not they will even still be around in a year.
