Pros

President has employee's best interests at heart. Fantastic place to work IF you put the effort in to be the best you can be and to improve the company. Opportunities to be promoted from within quite regularly. Great benefits.

Cons

Have to have a backbone, which is expected in a manufacturing environment. Communication issues are very frequent between office/management/production, but the company seems to try their best.
