fairly nice machinery but somewhat dated

Cons

Due to a medical condition I was demoted, passed up for advancement, harassed and eventually pushed out the door. Terrible lower management on the floor. If you have a medical condition, make sure you know the law or they will find a loophole in their policy and excuse you from duty.

The modernity of sheet metal manufacturing machinery is astonishing to behold for one who's been away from the industry for ten years. Praise and rewards received for good work, and there's always something new to learn.

Cons

There is one man who is important to the function of the mechanical operations, but whose personal approval or lack thereof will stymie or allow career advancement.
