Impossible to implement without Actimize professional services. The company has so much turnover that people only have limited knowledge. The main management is in Israel and they don’t promote people for significant positions outside Israel. They create new titles like group leader to avoid giving manager, director or other titles. This allows them to not give money. Customer support is useless. The level 1 people don’t know anything. The next level is also untrained and inexperienced. Requests get queued up to the old timers in Israel. It takes eight people to solve an issue. Nobody knows how the whole product works. Management works from theory and MBA school without understanding the product or technology.
