      Leadership is coming up with new strategies to compete with competitors. Incorporating the new technologies into legacy solutions on FinTech Industries. Providing the training programs for employees to become the trusted advisors with Financial customers

      Leadership is failed to retain the solution experts. Poor process with backup strategies when employees leave from companies. Less exposure on Professionals team on R&D activities

      Great benefits, flexible work schedule and great surrounding people.

      Cons

      Be sure to clarify what technologies that you will be using aside from the proprietary environment. Management may want a Java developer but it really only entails maybe a once a year assignment using Java. Be sure to get a good idea of what skills will be needed. I came here to continue my Java career and that has not really happened.
