      Great Products but...

      Pros

      Has a great platform and products and some really great minds work in the R&D team. One of the most competitive suite of products available in the market spread across Compliance an Fraud space.

      Cons

      Collaboration between teams is not existent. People work as individual contributors rather than in teams. In some cases the work environment is hostile. Clients are not valued in some cases specially the once which are reasonable. Company focuses on pennies and Customer Satisfaction takes a back seat. Decent pay but no increments or promotions. Dead end in terms of carrier growth. Salary revision like 1-2% at all levels. Bonus pay out not as promised.

      Always willing to do something technologically new but at expense of delivery

      Cons

      You work in a vacuum and constsasnly over promise to prospects and clients making PRS delivery impossible

      Use to be special place to work..

      Pros

      At the start the comp plan was very good with a lot of autonomy. Good folks to work with. Decent and honorable. Had a spark! Everyone was unique and special.

      Cons

      Comp plan has diminished quite a bit. All the good folks who built the team from ground up has left. The ones staying are hanging on to their RSUs and waiting it out. Commoderey has all but gone away. Seems "colder" now. Use to be special during the quarterly sales meetings to get together, now it is just going through the motions.
