Work life balance. Leader in AML.

Cons

Lately, Upper management in Actimize changes and things getting worst. It used to be nice place to work but not any more. Many people in Actimzie are leaving or planning to leave. their PS LOB has very high turn over and management does not care. Services to clients getting worse.

Pros

Good compensation, low amount of micromanagement (though this seems to be changing).

Cons

Integration with NICE enterprise is making us just a cog in a big wheel, no input valued lately. Product is poorly documented and complex. Demanding, unrealistic customers run the show; Actimize <--> customer relationships do not seem to be healthy.
