- Good experience with Actimize enterprise software deployment, AML compliance and business requirements - Chance to work on-site at top international banks - Opportunities for international travel to client sites - The Professional Services team is quite collaborative and knowledge sharing is encouraged through the organisation through tools such as Yammer and internal Wiki sites, as well as in the internal tracking system "Tracker" - Good benefits including free breakfast on Friday, gym contributions (Virgin Active), health insurance, 5% pension contributions

Cons

- Sometimes not much variation of work, I worked on AML deployments for the majority of my 6+ years. It would have been nice to work on other LOBs, such as Anti-Fraud, WLF etc. However, the AML solution was extensive and complex. - There was not much emphasis on quality and testing of the product, and too much emphasis on selling the product and getting it to the customer straight out of development, which lead to many uncomfortable defects being encountered at the client site, which more thorough product testing should have ironed out. - The developers were perhaps not trained or knowledgeable enough on the AML/compliance business to fully understand the requirements they were coding, and this often lead to defects on dev and test which would hopefully have not happened if the developers were more knowledgeable of the business area the company serves (AML/compliance)
