      Standard Company, On time Salaries & nothing Else.

      No Work life balance, Worst ever work culture no Saturdays no Sundays you will get harnessed morning 9.30 to Night 9.30. if anyone looking to join as a sales/student councellor Just make your mind to become a tele caller coz you will not get pay if you not complete 100 calls per day. think as its a daily wages work you go dial 100 calls are make 2 hours of talk time get paid else zero for the day. and also join this company if you're ready to take "3rd degree" pressure else please step back.

      Cafeteria is good food available at nominal price parking

      - low salary -zero work life balance : they will expect you to work from 8 in the morning till atleast past 8. Leaving on time is leaving early. And you can’t be late next morning, no matter how late you worked the previous day - expect employees to work even on saturdays and sundays, without their approval, the team lead or the manager will simply give a list of names who’ll be coming to office on sat and sun. -Slave like treatment by torturing the employees. You won’t be treated like a human especially if you are hired on a contract basis or as a vendor -Disrespect - can fire you anytime -they expect a month’s work from you in a day. Literally -favouritism

      Employee engagement is extremely low and disappointing for the Canadian team. Lack of understanding the Ontario, Canadian labour laws. Unfair and unjust setting of "Flex" employment expectations.
