Colleagues (local & global) - kept me sane Wellness benefit (€300) Floating birthday holiday Really there are no other pros, the cons unfortunately outweigh.

Cons

Micromanagement, Lack of understanding of what clients want, No job progression at all - career ladder is a foreign concept, Management have Absolutely no trust in workers (my department), Antiquated systems HR not up to speed with legislation of countries operating in, No investment in people.

Legacy brand name which is still well respected in the industry

Cons

Leadership has little experience beyond NIIT Actual salary is normally much less than what one would expect. Salary on paper is inflated to include even the insurance benefits. No cell phone reimbursement is given Most of the laptops and computers provided are very old and do not function well
