A lot of learning specially for freshers. Seniors are helpful. Not good payer.

Cons

So much work Load. Not a good payer also appraisals percentage are so low(7 to 12%)

Ample opportunities to learn new technology and experience. If you are technically good you can excel quickly to next roles

Cons

Single product to work Working culture is pressure oriented Hikes are much less then what industry has to offer Salary is not good No onsite opportunities
