      Pros

      great periodic review mechanisms, lots of chances to learn, easy access to management, open door policy, good infrastructure and facilities, good brand recognition

      Cons

      not very competitive in business teams, salary not in tune with market, over involvement of top management in operations, gap between strategy and implementation

      Pros

      Indian Holidays. I dont think there are ny pros to working with this company. However they have good system of x-employees still being able to access their salary slips and any claim forms.

      Cons

      Indian company doesnt work like MNC. Didnt provide any growth opportunity. Needs better dynamic leaders.
