      - Good learning opportunity. - Brand value - Friendly workplace - Well structured human resources organization - Process oriented

      Cons

      - Training quality turns to be poor as they run short of time, eventually fails to achieve the goal of the training. - Poor pay scale - Frequent changes in direction of top management - Extremely unhappy set of customers due to poor services. - Wrong and false commitments - you cant stay with ideology and values - Faculties are meant for everything - from sells to placements. - Poor work life balance - 6 days a week working/ 10 hours working - Job insecurity - closing down Centres - planning to close own business and still hiring
