      I was able to work remotely Benefits were good

      No orientation process for remote employees. Every time I needed help from HR the answer was to send me a form I already had, which did not contain the information that I needed. No training on expense reporting. No job description. On paper work/life balance looks really good. they have $300 contribution to wellness, that you can use for spa treatments or towards your vacation. Unfortunately, you will be hard-pressed to find the time. The expectation is that you put in unreasonable hours to meet client demands, 60, 80, 100 hrs/week. Whatever it takes.
