      You make have to start your career in a lower level position for less pay.

      Pros

      Great inspirational place to work. Always encouraged to live your best and give your best! Just do it! is not only a phrase but a way of life for most people working at Nike. Awesome managers and co-workers! I really enjoyed my experience working for Nike and was in the best shape of my life while working and living the Nike way. Just know that Nike strives for excellence and innovation. Each member is expected to contribute to the brand and hold it dear to one's heart, which many people do working for such a dominant brand and sports label.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't as good but you get a lot of perks like staff packages, which basically pays you to dress and wear the Nike brand wherever you go. Lots of discounts and free Nike stuff so be prepared to fill your closet and garage with more Nike apparel, equipment, shoes, accessories, eyewear, golf clubs, golf balls, hats, visors, jackets, pants, dry fit shirts, performance wear and a bunch of other things that I can write to fill my 100 word minimum requirement. You get the idea but it's really a great palce to work and have on your resume down the road.
