Pros
Bosses were very friendly, helpful, and interested in you doing well Very casual, fun work atmosphere Very open about giving you time off Very interested in getting you to work independently Pretty awesome summer job (I worked at a retail location) PHENOMENAL Discount that you can combine with sales (usually ~65%)
Cons
Must constantly watch for shoplifters (not really company's fault) You will have to work hard Must wear all Nike clothing, all the time Have to submit to search when you leave the store (not actually that big of a deal, they just want to decrease on employee theft (huge problem with all retailers, not as rare as you'd think))
