Pros

Hybrid Schedule is the only pro.

Cons

Their communication is terrible. They hire this position in bulk every year because they have such a high turnover rate. Their background check is absolutely ridiculous, require you to essentially perform their job for them although they use a 3rd party background check company who is unreliable.

Good place to work

Pros

Good culture, financially stable, good reputation in the industry and with customers, good co-workers, hybrid work schedule, good health insurance and 401k, annual bonus, and free cafeteria items (coffee, tea, iced tea, milk, oat meal, soup, peanut butter, crackers, etc.).

Cons

The Friday after Thanksgiving is not a holiday here. You would need to use PTO to be off that day.
