Pros

vacation time, different shifts, health care, nice Co workers, decently heated, you get a desk, give you pens, occasionally cafeteria has decent lunch

Cons

Great vacation time but all days off are closed so u can't use them. Sick time is a joke. You get in trouble for "patterns" in sick time...even if you are legit sick or injured. Micromanaged to death. Call scores too low? Threaten the rep with warnings but don't encourage or offer training to help do better. Taking too long to make sure you remembered to take care of everything you need to note? You need to be faster and get back on the phone...but if you forget to note one thing your scores are low and you guessed it...YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. Came back from break or lunch a minute or two late and YOU ARE IN TROUBLE. Potty issues? You should take care of at home. Forget about snow days or emergencies at home. You either are told you HAVE to come in or you are told that they are "accomadating" you and you need to find alternate arrangements because next time you won't get off.

Pros

None I can think of besides that i get a paycheck even though it's a small one. Don't listen to the good reviews on here it's obviously someone from management trying to make it seem like a good place to work.

Cons

Micro managing to the fullest. Changes are constantly being made that don't make any sense. It seems like every day they put out new meeting notes with new policies and procedures. i really don't think management thinks about the changes they make because they make no sense. The department is split into sections and each section has it's own supervisor. There are some good supervisors but the majority are fake, rude people. Each section is like a different job, theres no consistency. All negative reinforcement. High turnover rate. Low pay. A joke of a company. Not much space to move up unless you switch departments. People have turned down promotions because they don't want to be apart of the the supervisors/managers.

Pros

Okay benefits, better years ago. Pension and free soup. Not much else.

Cons

Limited growth, high turnover, poor decisions by executive management team resulted in terrible morale, many silos, negative work environment. Tried to implement change management policies but they failed terribly. NJM's culture and what they stood for has drastically diminished and overall performance has been declining.
