Paid for my schooling and helped start my career.

Cons

Management... Office BS trickles to techinicians. No need for this. Employees are just another number when it comes to corporate. Management tells the employees that they are all replaceable. And again....Management

Co-workers are nice. Company has long history. HR department is helpful.

Cons

Slow pace. Many meetings, just talk and talk, not get things done. In traditional industry, no innovation, no excitement.

Pros

Great parts and shop people to work with, great business potential if allowed to do your job.

Cons

Middle management is terrible the more some people messed up the more blame was spread. Terrible accountability for those that screwed up.
