      Pros

      Very nice people. Fast paced work. Day goes by fast while performing duties. Most people always willing to help. Very clean facility.

      Cons

      Management seems to like quiet timid personalities . People who will not speak up if they see something wrong. Management is easily bullied by anyone with a strong personality.

      Pros

      I worked at NMS for the summer as an intern. Initially, they had a great training program that helped me easily transition into my role. The work is interesting and you definitely feel like you are contributing to a greater good. There is always work to do so you're never really staring at the clock waiting to leave. In fact, there was so much work to do that they ended up hiring me full-time prior to graduation. It's been an overall great experience for me and there's plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      NMS needs to continue to brand itself to become more recognizable not only to the forensics community but to the general community as well. I've lived in the Willow Grove area for most of my life and haven't come across NMS until I did a job search.

      Easy once you get the hang of it Schedule is flexible People are generally nice Equipment isnt old Pay is decent - refer to cons

      Cons

      Way too much work for the amount of people Pay is decent but not compared to experience Supervisors are always busy, little time to meet with employees Way too much stress out on quantity over quality per management - supervisors want quality but then always show you your productivity numbers
