Gained a lot of experience with instrumentation and drug analysis.

Cons

Upper management only care about the bottom line and the cheapest way to make money. After 2 years, the money isn't worth all the stress. Many employees work extra for no compensation.

- Receptive management and a dynamic work environment - Consistent opportunities to learn and grow as an analyst - A MASSIVE epiphany on just how much of an impact our work does

Cons

- Scheduling can leave some gaps with light staffing, making the workload for that shift a little hectic. - A younger average department age can lead to the isolated incident of immaturity, though this negative feeling does not last any longer than an hour or two .
