Pros

I've seen a lot of people be able to move up the ranks. Some people say there's no where to go, but I've seen persistence pay off. I do believe that they're interested in quality and not just making another buck.

Cons

Most of the jobs can be pretty routine. There can be something nice about that, but it can get old. That the nature of the business working on the lab bench.
